We learned about the event via Carolina Botero, but the group´s enthusiasm developed into the idea of having a new Hub in the subsidiary Library of La Loma. a peripheral area of Medellin, so that the
HiperBarrio community of bloggers can attend without travel cost, and invite other young people and their neighbors.
